Frank Vogl, a former senior World Bank official and foreign business and economics correspondent for The Times of London, currently teaches a graduate course at Georgetown University on “Corruption, Conflict Resolution, and Security.” He chairs the Board of Directors at the Partnership for Transparency Fund and is a co-founder and former Vice Chair of Transparency International, a leading global anti-corruption organization. Vogl also led Vogl Communications, Inc., an international communications consulting firm, as President from 1990 to 2018.
