Sam Ferguson is a distinguished attorney based in Berkeley, California, where he is the principal at Ferguson Law PC. With a background as a law clerk for Judge William Fletcher on the Ninth Circuit Federal Court of Appeals, Ferguson has also served as a visiting fellow at Yale Law School’s Orville H.
